Amelia was first drawn to yoga as a physical practice in 2010. As her experience with yoga grew, the practice transformed into a daily, mindful ritual where self-awareness began to blossom. Eager to explore more, she completed her 200 hour teacher training under Piper Abbott/ Candra Prabha here at Burlington Yoga. Amelia’s passion for proper alignment, breath based movement, and the cultivation of body and mind awareness deepened during her training with Piper and her hours of practice with BY instructors. Amelia’s classes are dynamic and lively. She seeks to create a warm environment where practitioners feel balanced, challenged, and curious for more.
