Nick Caycedo (RYT-200) has been practicing yoga since 2009. He was introduced to traditional yogic phrases in an acting movement class in college and immediately found its benefit to him as an actor. It was not until a deeper practice in New York City and eventually getting certified at Burlington Yoga that he learned of its benefit to him as a human.
