The Wu Dao Yin are used as a potent purification process by helping the body to shed stagnant energetic pathogens. By opening the joints and encouraging a strong flow of qi along the length of the meridians the Dao Yin direct negative qi out of the body. During this process energies of the spine begin to flow and internal force increases. Interactions between Yang organs will be introduced and participants will be guided in key principles for successful activation of meridian points.
Some overlap Daoist and Yogic theory will be discussed as a point of reference for yoga practitioners. All levels are welcome.

About Kimberly McNeil
For more than 16 years I have dedicated myself to the study of martial arts, health sciences and fitness. While I was taking my first steps in my fitness journey, I had simultaneously discovered Qi Gong. My chosen disciplines of Aikido, CrossFit, Gymnastics and dance are all enormously engaging for me but none so potent and formative as this internal art. As a consummate mover I found art in all of the disciplines I pursued, however none truly revealed the deeper connection I sensed existed between my physical body and what I now understand to be the energetic realm.
My first few seminars in Qi Gong quickly resulted in intensive study in a two year teaching certification program under Damo Mitchell at Lotus Nei Gong School of Daoist Arts. Convinced in its power and utility, this study has led me to share this art as a modality for obtaining health and wellness.
In addition to being a certified gymnastics and fitness trainer, as well as nutrition coach at Moving Arts & Fitness, I currently hold a BS. in Biology and Society from Cornell University and the rank of 2nd degree black belt under the United States Aikido Federation.
