Brian has been practicing yoga since 2011. He was drawn to the balance, oppositional muscle training, breath work and injury prevention yoga provides. In Brian's classes you will find a focus on building healthy alignment and spatial awareness of the body. In Brian's Beginner class you can expect accessibility for all with a gentle encouragement to challenge yourself from week to week. In Slow Flow you will find a slightly more advanced class with longer holds and slow controlled movement with breath throughout. Both classes offer options to explore variations and further develop your practice.
