Gabrielle Brooks (RYT-200) starting practicing yoga regularly in 2015 as a way to connect with her friends, but quickly found that it formed a stronger inner connection. The physical aspect of yoga brought balance while the mental piece was empowering.
Deciding to dive in deeper, Gabrielle completed her 200 hour teacher training at Burlington Yoga in May of 2018. It developed a focus on proper alignment and an understanding of traditions. She incorporates yoga into her everyday life by inviting mindfulness into her artwork and office life. Gabrielle brings to her classes compassion, encouragement, and creativity.
