Lara has been practicing yoga for over ten years and deeply attributes the practice to her own health and well being not only in body but also mind. She recognizes the transformative power of yoga and wishes to share that with her students.
With a back ground in mindfulness and meditation these aspects can be found in the majority of her classes. She completed her Burlington Yoga 200 Hour Teacher Training in 2014 as well as her latest 200 Hour in Baptiste Power Yoga.
Throughout her yoga journey she has dabbled in many different styles and disciplines from Ashtanga to Vinyasa, Kripalu, Hatha and Restorative. Taking all the gems she has found from each teacher and style to form her own unique teaching style.
