Paisley (RYT-200) first began practicing yoga in 2008 when both her Aunt and Mother began teaching. It wasn’t until college when she really deepened her own practice and knowledge of yoga. While attending Texas State University, Paisley enrolled in a few courses that allowed her to learn about yoga beyond the physical asanas and was drawn to the mind-body connection.
Wanting to provide others with a sense of mind-body awareness, Paisley decided to deepen her practice in 2018 and complete her 200 hour teacher training with Candra Prabha at Burlington Yoga. A dancer for 15 years, Paisley appreciates the dedication to proper alignment that Burlington Yoga holds. Her classes are welcoming to all and free of judgment.
