Hi! I’m Rose (RYT-200), and I’ve been practicing yoga on and off since my late teens. I completed my 200 hour RYT at Burlington Yoga in May of 2022. As a year-round athlete growing up, yoga was the first form of exercise and purposeful movement I did that felt positive and healing, and left me wanting more.
What I love most about yoga is how it can remind us of the amazing things our bodies can do. I’m also a registered nurse, and I like to use breathing and relaxation techniques that I’ve learned through yoga with patients in my clinical practice. I’m so glad you’re here!
