This light-hearted and fun Beginner class is for people who have little or no experience with yoga. Students will learn many of the basic postures of yoga, have a working knowledge of the alignment principles, and study useful breathing and relaxation techniques to help calm and focus the mind both in yoga as well as in daily life.
This Beginner class is a great introduction for anyone who has been interested in yoga but never taken the plunge! It is designed for the complete beginner with an emphasis on injury prevention through proper alignment and posture modifications. The instructors are warm, caring and eager to share their Love of the practice. Mats and props provided.
