Beginner Basics Workshop: January 19, 2019

Start the New Year with an intention to begin or re-commit to your yoga practice. This 2 hour workshop provides new students with a strong foundation on which to build their individual practice or, for students who want to refresh and get back to basics. We will work on basic alignment from the ground up, gaining self-awareness, balance and fluidity along the way.
Students will gain a deeper understanding of the connections between breath and movement and how using this relationship can relieve tension both on and off the mat. Class will be upbeat and focused, questions being answered along the way.
Open to All. Mats and props provided.
