In this two-hour workshop we will take a deep dive into nurturing your mind, body and soul.
Experience the practices of Restorative,Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, and Slow Flow to truly nurture the self on all levels, restore energy, build reserves for your busy life, and enliven the parts of yourself that are sleepy or dull.
You will learn to engage with these practices to reset the nervous system, allow the body to be held by earth, and space to be held for you. We will discus effective ways to build these practices into your daily life, and ways to work exactly where you are right now.
All levels welcome and all props provided.
