Enjoy an energizing Flow to stoke the digestive fire, transform stress and anxiety, and connect to a deeper sense of gratitude. In this class we will use meditation, breath awareness and flowing sequences to tune into the spirit of Thanksgiving. From this place of mindfulness we acknowledge all that we are grateful for and embody the feeling of gratitude. This class will close with a deeply relaxing savasana. Open to All.
