Yoga for Strength Building: December 16 2019

This three part series is designed to support beginner to intermediate students who are seeking to cultivate a stronger foundation for their yoga practice. We will focus on increasing strength by building up the core, shoulder and leg muscles in order to hold postures with greater confidence, as well as to condition the body for a more advanced practice.
This series is a progressive course inspired by vinyasa flow and Hatha yoga. Please join us for all three classes, or drop in when you can.
