Private and Therapeutic Session
Therapeutic Yoga utilizes traditional yoga postures, restorative sequences, breathing practices, marma therapy (accupressure), relaxation and muscle balancing techniques to address the whole being. In a session the student is guided to explore patterns of holding and areas of restriction. Through gentle manual and positional therapy techniques the tissues are brought back into balance and alignment is restored. Subtle energy channels are opened and cleared, and the patterns of holding are reset. Therapeutic sessions are wonderful for stress reduction, chronic pain, as well as injury and illness. Sessions are open to all.
