Private and Therapeutic Sessions
Therapeutic Yoga utilizes traditional yoga postures, restorative sequences, breathing practices, Marma and Bowen therapy (accupressure), relaxation and muscle balancing techniques to address the whole being. In a session the student is guided to explore patterns of holding and areas of restriction. Through gentle manual and positional therapy techniques the tissues are brought back into balance, and alignment is restored. Subtle energy channels are opened and cleared, and patterns of holding are reset. Therapeutic sessions are wonderful for stress reduction, chronic pain, injury, illness, and just to relax and enjoy. Sessions are open to all.
