Valentine's Day is a wonderful time to practice Love. Love in all its forms and flavors.
In this class we will move, stretch, and breathe with the intention of knowing Love and Loving. Join us 15 minutes early to flow along with some improvised Sun Salutes.
"When we steady our breath we feel the steadying of our thoughts. Then the thoughts turn inward and melt away at a point. Watching this point, where the thoughts vanish, will also help us to merge ourselves in the Hridaya (Heart Center)."
