Sunday Therapeutic Flow with Piper

This all-levels class invites you to move with increasing awareness, to explore sensations and patterns with a sense of open curiosity, and to deepen your relationship with your breath. This therapeutic flow includes nourishing long holds and flowing sequences designed to open and balance the body, breath, and mind.
This class is ideal for improving mobility and flexibility; managing stress and anxiety; growing your capacity for focus as with ADHD; and sleep disorders. You are encouraged to create your own forms, move at your own pace, and modify as you need. All are welcome.
