Join Sarah in a two hour workshop designed specifically for the changing needs of pregnancy. Whether you are new to yoga or already have a strong foundation this class will provide you with the tools to nurture your body, your baby and this developing relationship.
Explore how to safely modify your practice, find a deeper sense of relaxation, and build both flexibility and strength for birth. We will address common areas of discomfort as well as introduce you to techniques that can be used throughout your pregnancy, labor and delivery. Learn simple breathing and meditation practices to improve concentration and awareness and to help manage pain and anxiety.
Class will conclude with a restorative sequence to allow you to relax in a deep state of inner calm. Taught with safe, compassionate and clear instruction; open to women at any stage of pregnancy.
