This light-hearted and fun beginner class is for people with little to no experience with yoga. Students will learn many of the basic postures of yoga, the fundamental principals of alignment and an understanding of the connection between breath and movement. We will explore the adaptive use of props such as blocks, straps and even the wall. Students will gain self-awareness, relaxation techniques and improved posture.
This class is designed for the complete beginner with an emphasis on injury prevention through proper alignment and individual modifications.
