David Curtis (RYT 200) has practiced yoga on and off for nearly twenty years. In 2013, he completed the 200 hour teacher training at Burlington Yoga, and then taught at the studio, and led local community classes while also organizing winter yoga retreats.
Active and encouraging, he favors accessible sequences which challenge students to develop an awareness of the body in space.
Over the past three years he’s worked with college students to create an online climate change accountability project, and he’s happy to rejoin the Burlington Yoga community. While spiritual transcendence is unlikely early on a Sunday morning, or late on a weekday afternoon, he’s committed to both good music and a fine time during his active and dynamic classes.
