Elsa Crocket (RYT 200) took her first yoga class at Burlington Yoga in high school ten years ago. At the time she used yoga to gain strength and flexibility to complement competitive figure skating. Elsa continued to practice throughout college and graduate school.
Today Elsa focuses on yoga as a way to connect to the body and understand emotional holding patterns. She loves the physical demands of challenging asanas coupled with intentional breathwork and grounding postures. In her class, Elsa utilizes minimal cueing to encourage students to bring awareness to what feels good and to let go of what does not.
Elsa completed her 200 hour teacher training at Burlington Yoga in 2022.
