RoseanneIt is said that people can begin their yoga journey at any point of entry and often, it is in the physical practice of asana that one begins. The beginning of Roseannes’s journey was to stay physically healthy.
She has always been active with exercise and movement and started practicing yoga in 1990. Yoga brought another layer to movement in the form of quiet focus, connection, and spiritual growth. Later in life, she decided to deepen her practice and understanding of Yoga, studying to become an instructor. In 2015, she discovered Burlington Yoga and began studying with Candra Prabha, the style of flow resonating. In 2016, she became certified as an RYT200 yoga teacher and completed training with Candra for her RYT500 in April, 2022. Her goal in teaching is to share the benefits of bringing yoga into daily motion while developing balance, calm, acceptance, and regulation in a strong body and mind, fueling individual and global Peace. <Full Instructor List |
