Private Yoga Therapy Session
Therapeutic Yoga utilizes traditional yoga postures, restorative sequences, breathing practices, Marma and Bowen therapy (accupressure), relaxation and muscle balancing techniques to address your whole being.
Using gentle manual and positional therapy techniques, the tissues are brought back into balance, and alignment is restored. Subtle energy channels are opened and cleared, and patterns of holding are reset.
Therapeutic sessions are wonderful for stress reduction, chronic pain, pelvic floor issues, injury, chronic illness, and just to relax and enjoy.
