Restorative Yoga is an excellent practice for restoring the body after intense exercise, over-working, injury, illness or simply to slow down and undo the effects of stress. Supported by props such as bolsters, blankets, pillows, blocks, and straps, we relax completely into a sense of being held without effort. The body-mind moves toward a natural state of balance and ease. This class is ideal for anyone dealing with anxiety, depression, sleep issues, grief, and a tendency to over-do. Students leave the class feeling deeply rejuvenated and refreshed.
