Molly (RYT 200) fell in love with yoga in 2017 when it was suggested to her as a way to tap into self love and strength. She has been practicing ever since.
As a teacher, Molly believes that yoga is for everybody and every body and finds power in both restorative and therapeutic postures as well as in flow. Molly loves to bring play into class and encourages people to find creative and comfortable ways to move their bodies.
Molly completed her 200 Hour Teacher Training with Burlington Yoga in May of 2022 and is looking forward to practicing with you.
