Christmas Eve Day Yoga with Piper

Join us for a special Christmas Eve yoga class to celebrate the holiday and give your agni (digestive fire) a boost! This all levels class will start with complete yogic breathing and traditional Sun Salutes to warm and open the body, and establish a steady rhythm and flow. Standing and balancing poses will cultivate strength and poise; floor work, deep twists and hip openers will help clear out some of the excess of the holidays, and aid in restoring and renewing our energy. We will close with a deeply calming final relaxation.
Open to all, mats and props provided.
